Sales Coordinator
(Penang - Bukit Mertajam) (1 Position Available) Responsibilities: - -To receive the incoming call with good customer care with efficient and good impression.
- -Prepare Purchase Order ,invoice, D/O , quotation and follow up, stock report, updating sales and payment.
- -To ensure sales personel have excellent internal support.
Requirements: - -Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional
- -At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- -Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam.
- -Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- -Preferably non-executives specializing in Clerical/General Administration or equivalent.
- -Full-Time positions available.Female with minimum SPM qualification preferred. However, those with relevant additional certificates would have a definite advantage
- -Computer literate
Some related working experience and the ability to work independently is essential - -Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who are able to converse in Mandarin and other Chinese dialects will have an added advantage
